Malvin Kamara is a Sierra Leonean footballer who
plays as a midfielder with the Coca-Cola League One side Huddersfield
Town. Kamara joined Cardiff City from Milton Keynes Dons in July 2006,
where he had came through Wimbledon's youth setup, joining on a
professional basis on January 17, 2003. In January 2007 he signed for
Port Vale on a free transfer until the end of season.
On June 3, 2007, he picked up his first cap for Sierra Leone in a 2008
African Cup of Nations match against Togo in Freetown, which Sierra
Leone lost 1-0. On June 18, 2007, he was signed by Huddersfield Town on
a free transfer. On July 20, he scored his first 2 goals in a 6-1
friendly win at Bridlington Town. His first league goal for the Terriers
came in the 2-1 win against Millwall on September 1, 2007
